The Session consists of the pastor and the elders in active service. The Session is responsible for the mission and government of Forest Park. The Session meets monthly on Sunday's following worship

We give thanks to those church mice, who’ve blessed the Forest Park Presbyterian community...
~ Donated baskets and auction items for the Gathering for a Cause
~ Shoveled and salted sidewalks
~ Serve on the Nominating Committee
~ Gave Per Capita to support the work of Presbytery, Synod, and General Assembly
~ Shared Christ’s love and grace through gifts, prayers, and acts of kindness
~ Attended Bible Study
~ Supported the Southminster Youth group and their mission trip
~ Supported the Fab 4 and attended Ash Wednesday Service
~ Sang in the choir or participated in bell choir
We give thanks for the precious gift of the Lord. We give thanks as others share their time, talent, and treasures. We give thanks for the ministry of Jesus Christ in our community.
Board of Deacons Annual Report
The Deacons have been extending care and support to our Church family throughout the year. This year we provided the following services:

Delivered bags with a combination of food and clothing to the New Berlin food pantry and Hope Center

Provide rides to church

Greeted members & guests as they entered our church for Sunday worship

Stocked the hospitality cupboards with all supplies

Provide hospitality to our members and guests on assigned Sundays

Visited & brought gifts to our home bound members

Sent out greeting cards to our members for both happy and sad occasions

Set up a Giving Tree to collect leggings, socks, underwear, baby wipes and miscellaneous school supplies for schools in need

Prepare and deliver a sermon on Deacon Sunday

Prepare 18 to 24 bag lunches on a regular basis for Larry under the Bridge

Help prepare and serve Communion
The Deacons of Forest Park meet monthly to discuss and take care of concerns regarding our members.
