November 28 - Worship

Updated: 3 days ago

Readings: 1 Thessalonians 3:9-13 Luke 21:25-36

Sermon: Hope for a Homesick World

Beginning of Advent - The season of Advent is a time of preparation. We prepare our hearts and lives for the celebration that is to come. We remember that hope is not just a fleeting feeling, but a way of life for Christ-Followers. We examine our hearts, dusting cobwebs and dust off of our tired spirits and decorating our lives with renewed practices of love, of fellowship, of mercy, and of peace.

All are welcome to worship at FPPC! We are still using social distancing during worship and as we socialize afterwards. While we are "mask-optional", we encourage the use of masks whenever you are in close quarters with others and when singing.

You can always join us online if that works best for you. On vacation? Heading up north or away on a business trip? Do you have a friend who might want to check us out or who might live in another state part of the year? Join us live at 9:30 am (CST) or view at a later time. We're on Youtube! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtAUMwt8SMw
